The Titan’s Bride – the Isekai Yaoi I Didn’t Know I Needed

Through one of my many facebook groups I’m apart of I stumbled across a post about this yaoi webtoon that was being turned into an anime. The anime is set to release on July 5, 2020 although I’m pretty sure it won’t be avaible in the US it was still worth checking out. I read the first few chapters and feel in love. I’m a big fan of all things fantasy. It also helps that one of the main characters is hot as hell and the situation in itself is humorous. All good signs. I’m not a full blown fujiyoshi. Yet.

The synopsis of The Titan’s Bride: Kouichi is a tall player in his high school basketball team. He is whisked away to another world while masturbating. There, he arrives in a kingdom of giants, and is asked by the kingdom’s first prince to be his bride and bear his child.

What I like about this webtoon so far is that the basis of the story was already explained within the first two chapters. Caius is a Titan from a different plant. Basically he was told he had to find a bride from a different world and so he decided to use a summoning spell because you know think smarter not harder. Thus Kouichi is delivered to Tildant the home of Titans.

I know you’re finally wondering what is it I think is so funny. The irony of the whole ordeal. On earth Kouichi is 5’11 which is considered tall. All the girls in his graduating class love him and even brag about how big the tent in his pants is. Then he’s transported to Tildant where he’s dubbed a dwarf and Caius says. . . Well hell I’ll just add a few screenshots at the bottom.

Anyways I think everyone who enjoys a good yaoi should check this one out. It isn’t finished, it’s updated weekly [I think] and it’s not free [I probably should have lead with that] which sucks but so far it’s been worth it.

Until Next Time
